We used IWS to mount our living room television. The company sent a technician two days after we contacted them. Prior to sending a tech, we were asked to complete a brief questionnaire and send pictures of the area where the TV would be mounted. The tech was professional. He arrived a few minutes early and went over what we were having done. The job was completed within forty minutes.

Very Professional and Top Notch Service - Beautiful Clean Setup! Mark was always on time to any appointments we had set, from initial scoping of the project to the finished product. He understood exactly what we needed and proposed a project that addressed everything we wanted to a tee. Project proposal came with a video explanation from Mark which we really appreciated! Installation went smooth and precisely as explained to us. Finished product was reviewed with us when done, is super clean and easy to use. Will definitely use again

Avoid this company at all costs. They have workers that speed and break the law in company provided vehicles. They don't care about second hand smoke. Very very unprofessional!!!
