It was quick and although my pocket book wasn’t too happy, the service was excellent. I mean is anyone ever happy to spend money on auto repairs? But the team at Integrity was first class! I spent all day driving my vehicle because I was so happy to have it working again. :) I highly recommend Integrity.

This is my third time working with Integrity. They have been very thorough and keep my car going. I have been pleased with the work done. I love the use of a loaner car so I can get to work without any hassles. They keep in touch as needed. Very professionally run. Thanks to all for a positive experience.

Integrity team was great! Jennifer, Loren and Jeff were empathetic and sympathetic. We were on our way from Salem to Crater Lake when my car unexpectedly broke down on the freeway! We stopped at two auto shops before ending at Integrity. They were such a blessing. They understood the trauma and urgency of getting back on the road. They shuttled us to and from the hotel. We got to the shop close to closing time and by the time we got to the hotel they had already processed the diagnostic. By the time we checked out of the hotel my vehicle was ready to roll!! They did not over charge. I researched the parts and pricing for labor. The results matched. I feel really blessed that the Integrity team was so HUMAN. They related and helped as such. I feel love for y’all. May God bless you endlessly.

I’ve been using Integrity Automotive Repair for a few years, now. I’m always greeted by Jessica , a lovely person with a wonderful attitude. Lauren, if I need explanation, will always take a moment to help me understand what I ask for any clarification on. I told them that I trust them and appreciate all that they do. They will tell you what you need. And MIGHT even find something that you didn’t expect, however- if they do, you can be sure that it’s true information. But the BEST part is that if you cannot afford it all at once, they will take a minute to break it down in time increments, of what you should do, in what order… to help you out. That’s a big deal to me! That I appreciate, greatly. MOST places would just tell you to do it all at once. Not only that, they have a rewards program that really is good and no strings attached! The BEST kind! And finally, they are honest and that is important. Give them a call to schedule and tell them you heard about them from R. Lindstead. Good luck

I took my 2003 Subaru Outback to Integrity in February of 2018 because it was leaking oil. They replaced the head gasket, timing belt and crankshaft seal. Just over a year later, my engine started leaking oil again. I brought it back, they honored the warranty and did the job over again. Last week I was left stranded on the side of the road when the timing belt broke. This time I brought it to a reputable area mechanic who found that the break was due to the tension arm breaking. That mechanic's assessment was that the bolt had been put on incorrectly, probably cross threaded, by Integrity. This caused the bolt hole in the engine block to wear to the point where the only reliable remedy was to replace the engine to the tune of $4,800. I contacted Integrity, apprised them of the situation, and they flat refused to work with me on any level, as the warranty on their work had expired. Now I'm shopping for a new car instead of driving my car for another 100k miles, which I would have surely been able to do had I never stepped through the front door of Integrity Automotive. So if you want to have unnecessary subsequent issues with your vehicle, ongoing headaches, and possibly have it irrevocably damaged like mine, take your car to "Integrity" Automotive. These incompetent, unethical clowns should not be allowed to operate a business, period.
