I had an emergency situation of needing brakes to be able to pick up my kids from school. Kim was very understanding and from the start was looking to see how they could help. She said she would try to get them done in time….and they came through big time! They were fixed super fast and the cost was affordable and made sense! Great service. Great team. Will use again.

I was in a pinch and needed my motorcycle towed after a flat tire. I called island auto repair and towing and they told me it was going to be 200$ to tow my dirtbike. I reluctantly agreed and went ahead with the tow. After giving them my credit card information i was charged an extra 40$. Ive been trying to call back and get some resolution and my 40$ back. but its been over a week now they keep giving me excuses and telling me to call back later. And today they wont answer my phone call.

Horrible customer service! The gentlemen working on the car are very professional and respectful, but the woman on the front desk is rude and has no skills for customer care. Wish they'd replace her.
