Michael Reed5 StarI moved to the area last year and sadly, the move was filled with automotive problems. Shops in Grayson and Olive Hill left me ripped off (literally once), they never bother to let you know what is going on, and even had parts replaced that were good rather than them fixing the problem. I got new ball joints at one, when I needed a drive shaft!
J&B is the other end of the spectrum, I called, told them the issue I was having, they told me to bring it in. They verified the problem, called me, got parts, fixed the car and called me to let me know it was ready. No games, just fixes. No drama, just solutions.
Their mechanics are not the pampered special kids at other places, they are pros who know cars.
