To provide context, I served in the Army for 26 years, where I moved 11 times and lived in 8 different states and three countries. The mechanics at this shop have been servicing my Mercedes, Toyota, Honda, Chrysler, and Mini Cooper for the last six years. I can say without hesitation that this is one of the best automotive service shops I have experienced in my 35 years of owning cars. The only Mercedes service shop equal to this one was the one in Stuttgart when I was stationed in Germany. They are honest and go above and beyond when they are fixing your vehicle. They provide honest and thorough estimates that are fair and reasonable. They stand behind their work and will work to ensure your car functions and performs as it is supposed to. I read Mrs. Lee's review, and I was shocked. That has never been my experience or anyone else's experience that has had their vehicle serviced. I can only think there was more to the story. Like I said earlier, this is one of the best mechanic shops that has ever serviced my cars.

This shop is absolutely amazing, quality service, I’ve been coming here now for years and I have been Beyond please with the quality of work this shop gives! I don’t know much about cars so to have someone honest and reliable is beyond important to me! If you have a Benz you will Receive Benz parts and Benz oil for your Oil change! Thank me later!

went to this shop twice, first time was for a diagnostic. they had my car for 4 days never called to give me any updates or even to tell me to come pick up my car. i had to keep calling and was given the run around. took my car back a month later to get what popped up on the diagnostic fixed, my car was there for a week and a half, again no phone calls to keep me posted on my car, i had to call every other day just to be told i’ll receive a call back and never did, finally after a week i threatened to come get my car being as though i found out they never even started on it and when i got my car back my burberry sunglasses were stolen! when i told the owner, he literally laughed at me and didn’t take me serious at all. don’t go here! they speak terrible english and have terrible customer service!
