Years ago, Carlos fixed my car A/C, it turned out to be a bigger problem than initially thought but he did not charge me a penny more than what was quoted. I also brought my car to him for fixing a broken hood latch cable, it turns out the cable was not broken but the hood was stuck. He lubricated the hood latch and didn't charge me anything. Carlos is one of the honest mechanic. Affordable Quality work.
