I called trying to get an oil change. I asked if they were open on saturdays. They said no. I asked how much for the service and they stated they do not give prices over the phone because the only serve local customers. I let them know I was a new customer. The line was disconnected. This was very unprofessional. I am a new business to Salem and was treated unnecessarily due to the fact I didn’t know how much money to bring for service. I would advise anyone that is not a current local customer to think twice before using them.

The welcome wagon of 2 delightful dogs is a strong indicator of how your visit will be. We are vacationing from out of state and noticed we were missing a lug nut from a previous car repair gone wrong. We were sent to J&D from another repair shop because they had the part and could do it quick and cheap. Everyone working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in and out in 15 minutes! Please make this place your car-repair home!

Such a positive experience! My son purchased a used vehicle from someone I knew with the promise it was in great shape. Turns our it wasn’t. J & D went above and beyond to get it back in the road. Thank you so much!

My water pump went out on my diesel while camping at Echo Bluffs. They were booked solid for the week. They were kind enough to work the truck in. Jon knew what he was doing. Highly recommended J&D. Side note thank you Willie for the hospitality and the ride back.
