He provides timely, professional service (always with a smile!), knows what he is doing (nothing is a "problem" - Eric always has the answer and can take care of it immediately), is highly responsive and reliable, works neatly and has an eye for detail. They came out and were super professional, transparent, helpful, and demonstrated confidence when we were facing an unknown power issue. They did major work outside with buried lines that took longer than expected given how deep the wires were and it was hot, but they worked diligently. They were friendly and considerate given the stress I had with having no power. I feel better knowing I have someone I can trust when I have a need for an electrician.
