Nic Galley5 StarWe called him mid-day on a Saturday, and he dropped what he was doing, and was able to get us in, and look at our truck right away. He was very friendly, and extremely helpful! It was a bit of a drive, but well worth it! I won't go anywhere else. He is reliable and trustworthy. So, glad I found him on Google!!Saturday 26th March 2022
Robert Hutcheson5 StarJesse went out of his way! Fitting is in and getting us back on the road. Not to forget checking up on us to make sure we made it the last 400 miles of our journey. Highly recommended!!!!!Wednesday 2nd February 2022
Javier Agostp5 StarJessie went above and beyond. We were stranded on i80 while on a road trip, our alternator went out and he made a quick and efficient repair and thanks to him we made it to our destination. Thanks JessieMonday 21st March 2022

Jensi Cordell (JC)1 StarI was in a jam at 9:30pm with a flat and no spare, jack or anything and they helped me out by mounting a brand new tire on my rim and getting me back on the road. I contacted the company again the next day and made an appointment to have a new tire put on a different rim for a different vehicle. I dropped the brand new tire and rim off at the place of business and later was notified that the tire was on the rim but it wasn't holding air. Since the guy had prior plans, he told me that he put my tire and rim outside and I could pick it up. After I picked it up and had it inspected by another company, I was told that there wasn't a tire valve installed and the tire itself had been ripped on the bead of the tire which made it useless. So I informed J&J Auto and the response from him was more or less that he figured that was what happened but he was out of town for awhile. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything from him. Bought another new tire and had it mounted by a different company. Took them 10 minutes and I was good to go, no issues. At $86 a tire this is an expensive error and I'm awaiting a response from the company.Monday 8th November 2021
