Hi my name is karon Bannister im not from Athens Tennessee my husband been here working had a serious oil leak was leaking oil from the oil filter housing gasket at a rate of a gallon every hundred miles took it first to matlock they not only diagnosed the problem put new filter and 3 quarts of oil and didn't charge anything and told us to go to j pro they were awsome took us back to hotel while they worked on the van not only did they fix the original problem but found another leak and fixed it as well they were friendly fast and reasonable I would recommend them not only to anyone locally but especially to someone passing through thanks j pro very satisfied I have been taking my vehicles here for a few yrs now either for routine services or major repairs and it is the only place I will take my vehicles. I know I can trust them and they have fast and very friendly service. I would recommend them to anyone. They are my vehicles Doctor!!! I work for a small company an had one of our trucks break down in Athens, TN. I am a Maryland based company. So of course practicality I called all car care companies on google and the third company I tried was J-PRO. I called and spoke with JIM

Had my vehicle break down on highway. Called around and found this towing company. He also informed us they do repairs. They come picked us up off highway along with car on row back. Drop us off at motel for the night. Next day they called to inform us of cost of repair and done the repair to get us back home. Would highly recommend them for any service. Just give them a call for vehicle needs.

My car broke down on a Sunday. I was so afraid I would have to pay an outrageous fee because it was on the weekend, but I was pleasantly surprised on how reasonable they were! Dylan arrived, and loaded my car up, towed my car from Athens to Etowah. He was so helpful and informative on what kind of repairs and services we would need. It is very relieving to know there are still good people and companies out there and Dylan at J-pro is definitely one of the good ones. Thank you so much for your help!

Dillon is absolutely wonderful. It's almost like the guy is running things singlehandedly but I know there are others doing a great job as well. He was very prompt in coming to tow our car to his shop, quoted us a reasonable price and had it up and running in just a few days. JPro will be our go-to mechanic from now on.
