We needed a battery and installation. No one would do it in the middle of a storm and high winds. JR was completely booked with cars waiting for service. I told him we were from NJ and he told us to come right over. We pulled are car in and JR himself switched out the battery. Excellent service along with a lot of kindness. What a wonderful experience this was for me. Thank you JR.

Junior is the absolute best. I had an issue with a pesky check engine light that wouldn’t go off. Junior helped me through the issue and reset it for free. Nicest guy and great mechanic!

So this is a first ... a mechanic who refused to let me pay for his help. Junior (the owner) is truly a saint. Background: My elderly Volvo had required a jump every couple days, so I brought my car into a nearby auto garage to diagnose whether it was a battery, starter, or alternator issue. The original garage (near the airport) was super slammed and couldn't fit me in to their schedule -- and diagnosed me with a fuel pump issue. Junior, too, was slammed that day. However, he stopped what he was working on and spent about 20 minutes with me running different tests on the car and then told me that it was 100% the battery for XYZ reasons -- and where to buy the cheapest compatible battery (in addition to a tip on one quirky aspect of self-installing a rear-mounted volvo battery). When I attempted to pay him for his help, he simply wouldn't let me! This is a mechanic who truly has compassion and integrity -- anyone who lives mid-Cape should go out of their way to get their car serviced here. (I would also be remiss in not mentioning Paul @ the nearby Midas -- who also went out of his way to help me figure out the issue (for free), though too slammed to immediately fit me in.....not sure what it is about Cape mechanics, but man, what a crew these guys are)
