david pickett5 StarHad problems with engine not idling correctly. I changed a couple of parts and realized that this was getting me no where. Finally got it running well enough to get vehicle to J&R and they quickly determined the issue they called with an estimate and it seemed more than reasonable, so I had them replace part and now it runs hustling as it did prior to issue. All this was accomplished in one day… I am very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend them for any repair. Very satisfiedMonday 7th February 2022
Marilyn Garner5 StarI own a GMC Acadia. The grille shutter failed and sent message to check engine light. Billy assisted me and had the part ordered. It would take several days to get part in. In the meantime, Billy got me a vehicle to drive till my car was done. Picked up car on March 4. All is going well, check engine light no longer is on. Great service and I would highly recommend J&R for your car repairs. ThanksMonday 14th March 2022
Darrin Keith5 StarIf you have a lifted 4x4 and need a proper alignment then go see Jake at J&R Car Fix in Crossville. They really understand what is needed to make your rig run straight down the road. They did a comprehensive adjustment of my fully adjustable 5-link rear suspension to make sure the rear axle was in perfect alignment to the frame. They also check my pinion angles. Then they moved onto the front with 4 degrees of caster, zero’d the toe and made sure my camber was perfect. LC 200 now drive as it should.Monday 7th February 2022
