Jason was on time. Knowledgeable and had experience in all makes and models. I used his services to replace rotors and brake pads on my 2008 Infiniti G35x. Will use again. Very fair rates, especially since he will come to you. Worth every penny!! Thanks J

I contacted J's with a request for service and he answered quickly. Good so far. I requested an appointment time. J's responded quickly and gave me a time and date. I had my wife ready for when he showed up, parts ready for the repair, a fan ready for him because it was hot and the car in a garage in case of rain. Good so far. 10AM Friday appointment time came and went. At 11AM, my wife informed me that no one had shown up. I texted J's. Quick response. "Running kind of late sorry buddy". Fair enough. I took time off work and went home for when he showed up. No response. Six hours later after no response from J's I texted, "Yo, J. Any input as to my appointment?" That was a week ago and he never responded. Never called to apologize for no show or false promise of service. I am very disappointed in this business. Will not attempt to do business with him again.
