With that being said, we recommend all customers to drop off their vehicles for repair. We do understand that it may not always be feasible to drop off your car so we are scheduling appointments accordingly to ensure everyone’s safety. Payments can also be made over the phone for your convenience.

Jack’s is a full service auto repair shop located in Wassaic, New York – family owned and operated by the Gregory family. This year marks the 37th anniversary of Jack’s! First opening our doors on June 3, 1985 and providing quality automotive repair and personal customer service that has kept customers coming back time and again.

We service foreign and domestic vehicles of all years. As a NAPA Auto Care Center we offer the NAPA Nationwide Peace of Mind Warranty. We’re a NYS inspection station, and an AAA Approved Auto Repair shop offering 24-hour roadside assistance. Employing only ASE Certified technicians who are schooled in the latest technology on the newest cars including the hybrid vehicles.

We offer shuttle service to local businesses, and to and from the Metro North train station in Wassaic & Dover Plains. Offering senior citizen, student and veterans discounts, frequent coupon specials, online appointment scheduling, night-time drop-off, and we make some of the best coffee in town if you have to wait!

This shop absolutely went above and beyond for me.. I got what I thought was a flat tire which turned out to be a badly cracked rim, two hundred miles from my house and was basically stranded. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg, or trying to sell me a new rim, Brian pulled out the welder and was able to weld and repair my rim, allowing me to drive back home to get back home to my family.. I was blown away by the service at this shop, treated like family is an understatement.. these guys are the real deal, saved me probably close to 700$, and I’m extremely happy with the service provided at this shop.. 5/5 stars couldn’t be happier I would highly recommend.. I never give reviews but with them going above and beyond I felt the world needs to know..

I brought my Toyota Prius here after the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights related to the hybrid braking system. I took a chance with Jack's since they listed had "hybrids" on their website. I was worried about having the problem diagnosed incorrectly, there are a lot of horror stories online of people paying thousands to fix the same issue only to have it return shortly after. Thankfully Jack's correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it as soon as the parts were available. I was glad to see that the final cost of the repair wasn't more than the initial estimate. I've driven about 1000 miles on the car since and everything works great!
