Brad is trustworthy and honest I’m so thankful he saved me $300! After shopping around for other quotes on tie rods and a wheel bearing I found Brads quote to be the best deal! He squeezed me into his schedule last minute and got my car done the same day I dropped it off. I’m beyond impressed with his service and will be referring friends and family to him. Thanks Brad!

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Having vehicle issues is so so stressful and so is finding an affordable, honest, reliable and kind mechanic. I've been able find one of these or another but never all at the same time. I've had a lot of car problems over the past few year. Definitely bought a lemon so I've had a lot of calls and interactions with mechanics. A friend recommended Jakes Quality Auto and my exhausted stressed out self decided to give one final try to find what I had assumed was completely a pipe dream and didnt exist. I was trying to accept that in order to get the quality I wanted, I was just going to have to pay a high price or if I was going to find something affordable I would have to accept that Id have to deal with other stressful situations. Then I met Brad (and his wife who runs the office)- the duo seemed to good to be true. It just seems like that has been my luck. Brad runs his retired fathers (Jake) business. His rates and estimates were extremely reasonable, he doesn't over charge for parts and he doesn't charge the "book" price if his time will be much less. Ive been told over and over by others, "this is how I make a living" when I ask why I got charged 3 or 4 hours labor when I watched it take WAY less time to actually fix. Granted these people got the job done but it just didn't sit right with me. Especially when I was barley getting by and money was so tight. Brad even asked if it was ok to show me all the things he was talking about and wanted to take time to explain the intricacies of what he was seeing and answer ALL my questions. I know some people dont care about this but I do and it is an important step when I've heard so many stories of dishonest people. He also did not pressure me AT ALL to get anything done and helped me consider what is more important and what can wait. He gave me time to think about things and ask more questions and I never felt like he was annoyed by hesitancy with everything. Jakes Quality Auto was the lowest quote I got on the work I had to have done and when you meet him you'll discover that this is a guy that will lose sleep if he doesn't do a job right. He only accepts high quality work and he went WAY over and above to make sure all the things that were going on with my vehicle were taken care of well! I cant recommend him enough. The weight off my shoulders knowing that if something else goes wrong with my vehicle I have someone who I can truly trust to get the job done well and at the most minimal price possible will restore hours of my sleep. What a blessing! You know you have a good mechanic when you secretly want to keep him a secret so he doesn't get too busy the next time you need him or like my last mechanic raise is rates because "thats what everyone else does." Brad at Jakes Auto deserves every ounce of business he receives.

They were friendly, straight to the point, and took care of what needed to be fixed. Brad was very professional and detailed over the phone on what he found out and was not pushy at all compared to some places. My car ac is now working perfectly in this hot day, will definitely come back and support this family local business!
