I was referred to Mel at Jays Auto Service to have warranty work done for my vehicle. I ended up having rodents making nests in my engine using my firewall material. He honestly told me the problem and that warranty usually doesn’t cover rodent damage. He suggested I call to find out, and he was right. He was able to do the repairs for me $50 cheaper then my deductible would have been. To find and honest, fast repair service now a days is far an in between. He now has a customer for life. These guys are .business minded. I can see that they take pride in their work and reputation. They post their credentials, code of ethics and partnerships throughout their lobby so customers can see and feel confident about. I took my truck in for an oil change and before I left, I told Mel that he's got a customer for life. Courtesy and good business practices are a must for me when I am spending my money and these guys earned it on the first go around. They didn't try to ramshack me with unnecessary recommendations and they even noticed a small 1 minute fix issue I had under the body of the truck. I am fond of long-term business relationships and Jays Automotive in Catonsville is an exemplary example of why I feel like this.

Best place ever! My husband and I Iove Jay's Auto and trust them 1000%. They have never been wrong about a diagnosis and are always up front and honest about the work and other possibilities. Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and knowledgeable staff!!! We couldn't ask for anything more!
