Many part manufacturers we use offer warrantees that go well beyond this for the part only and we will gladly honor these as well. There are some facilities who offer what appears to be a lifetime warranty when in fact it is only lifetime for one specific part. The rest of the repair and parts used may have a much shorter warranty. Make sure the warranty covers the part and the labor sometimes the labor to replace the failed part is many times the price of the part and who wants the hassle of paying for that again.

The team at Jay’s Automotive were very good at being accommodating, thorough, and able to work within what I wanted to fix at the time, what must be fixed now and what I need to realize may need service in the future. Everything seem to be done just as it should be, and seem to have a personal touch and attention to detail that sometimes can be lacking today. One of my biggest issues was getting my car up to Eaton, but provisions were available and made to make that a minimal concern instead of what I had seen before as a maximal concern and it actually prevented me from going there previously. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone who needs automobile maintenance or service done.

Jay's does excellent work and they stand behind their repairs with a warranty. We bring all of our cars there for service even though they aren't close by us. They also have loaner vehicles for their customers and a great friendly crew!

Very prompt and honest service. Felt like they were a little pricey, but worth it to not have to use a place like Grease Monkey anymore. When they were done they offered to drop my vehicle off at my house so we didn’t have to come back and pick it up - a service that hardly nobody offers anymore! We will definitely be back!
