Kyle and his team took care of me. I was dealing with some electrical / battery problems in the midst of Seattle snow storm. They were able to be flexible with me and getting my car into them. Once into them they got to work on it right away, while having a busy garage and double checked it the next morning to have my car running smoothly. I find them to be trustworthy, competitive pricing and timely!

Parents used this place for years. When I moved back into town I started coming here also as they have always been good and reliable. Not sure what changed but highly disappointed. Fixed a broken linkage problem, but let the truck leave without inspecting their job. Was not adjusted so truck wouldn't go into all gears. Did not do oil change which was on the sheet. Took it back in to adj. and oil change. Truck is still not back to original as now the cable is stretched and it has to be forced into 1st gear. Why would you not call and say it needs additional work? I also asked 3 times if they did a safety inspection. The receipt said bulbs working. No, still has a burnt out exterior light. I know they are busy and I didn't mind not having my vehicle for so long. No apology and work still not right is unacceptable. Now I have to pay someone else to go back in again and fix the problem or live without all gears.
