UPDATE: My A/C went out on the 4th of July and I called JB to get it fixed and they came out and got it up and running that day! With my maintenance contract I got 15% off the parts and labor! I recommend everyone to call and get the maintenance agreement!!!! THANK YOU JB for saving me money.Thursday 5th July 2018
brian santaniello1 StarThis is the worst business I have ever worked for.. they are so unprofessional they have me lie to the customers to upsell..they don't pay his technicians including myself...he threatened to harm me when I asked me for my proper paycheck...I would NEVER use this company they will screw you over too ...I had to put one star cuz zero wasn't a option...Friday 9th September 2022
Rosemary Pacheco5 StarFantastic. Nick, a young man who removed my old A/C unit plus old water heater - was a pleasure to have in my condo. This young guy knew everything about his job and was so pleasant and friendly!! I told John (his boss and the company owner) what a gem he is. I do not say this too often but when I notice exceptional service, I will tell the world. He was also training a new employee , as it was his first day. He oversaw everything and both Nick and his trainee Eric were very conscientious and courteous. Kent and John stopped by after the job was complete and checked out all the work to make sure it was done right. I had no doubt after watching Nick do the job.
I can honestly say that I wish my experiences with other service companies were this pleasant - and informative. I had a sense of meeting a young guy who is definitely "going places " , one who puts his all into whatever he is doing. I will definitely refer them when I can. 10 stars :)Wednesday 10th May 2017
