I’m giving this automotive shop five stars because they truly deserve it.They go above and beyond. I have used their services twice in the last 7 months on a 2004 Chevy Tahoe.The first time my car wouldn’t start at my home in Starlington.They towed my car all the way to their shop in West Monroe and didn’t price gouge me. The second time my car ran hot right before I got to work. I couldn’t wait with my vehicle so I gave instructions to the owner and they came and towed my car. These guys are very trustworthy and they don’t take advantage of you if you’re a woman.I was given fair labor rates and they didn’t try to overcharge me. They did a great job on fixing my brakes and rotors and JB the owner even suggested a few things that saved me some money in the long run. They offer towing and their prices are much cheaper than anyone else you’ll find in the Monroe West Monroe area I can promise you that and he has really good mechanics that work for him. They fixed my rotors and shaved down my head gaskets,etc in less than a day. I would suggest you take your car to him if you haven’t had good experiences in the past with mechanics. Update: My husband had thermostat issues. He needed a radiator flush and a thermostat change. He lied and told my husband that he needed the head shaved. A lie he tells 99% of his customers. He couldn’t provide documentation of the engine shop that did the work, no receipts, no phone number nor an address. Very unprofessional. My husband paid $400 for work that was never done.
