This has been my first time using JC Auto but I’m already very happy with them. I dropped my car off on the weekend, calling ahead of time they assured me they had a dropbox for my keys, but when I got there the service was even easier as there was an employee there to talk to about the car’s issue. Just two days later, that Monday, I got a call from them in the morning to give me an update as well as a text with a full diagnostic breakdown, quote for the repairs, as well as a breakdown of what each repair will cost. I was able to get the car back the same day. It ended up coming to just over $500 which, for the amount of the things I needed done as well as the very fast and friendly service, I was more than happy to pay. I’m very satisfied with my visit and will be using JC again when the need arises. :)
