John’s level of customer service is impeccable. He’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to make you feel like a valued customer. While installing a head unit I had purchased online, it malfunctioned. John went out of his way to contact Sony for tech support but unfortunately could not get the unit working. I ended up buying a new unit from him and am confident that his installation will exceed expectations. Would recommend using JDK Audio to anyone.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience with JDK Auto Sound & Security. Apple CarPlay was not a factory option in my vehicle and I spent a lot of time online researching if it was possible to add aftermarket and kept coming up with nothing. I contacted a couple of companies and no one could help. John told me he would research it and get back to me... I hadn’t heard from him so assumed it wasn’t an option. It turned out John had been extensively researching it and didn’t want to tell me he could do it unless he was sure. I had it installed this week and John was so professional, explained the new system to me, it’s features, menus and helped me over the phone once I got home and had more questions. I would recommend John to everyone I know!

AutoStart works fine but they left my hood open my grandson noticed that when I got home from driving their all the way on Route 2 home but they were very professional and got me right in and I would recommend people going to them nice clean job😊👌👍👍👍
