I called Jer's to get an oil change on a strict budget ($25). Since they have their awesome $23.99 deal, I packed up my two and a half kids (boyfriend is the half) and we headed out there. It was a little hard to find because they just moved Google hasn't caught up yet, but once we got there the customer service completely made up for the time spent trying to find them. They were professional, courteous, fast, and efficient. My oil change was done in less than a half-hour and my four-year-old has a time of his life looking at their magazines. So much so that they actually gave him one. I highly recommend this company to anyone on a budget, but needing to take care of your car still. This is a great company and I will go back again! UPDATE (4 years later): This is still the place I take my car for work done!! I wouldn't take it anywhere else. They've fixed up multiple cars for me now, and have helped more times than I can count when my family needed it the most. Great company, great mechanics, they still get 5 stars from me.

Jer's Elite Automotive was highly recommended by another shop.(the other shop does not work on German cars) I am so glad they made the recommendation to us. My husband made the appointment, they are curious here, real, honest, they do great work, and they are fair too! These guys are the real deal! We will definitely call on them again if/when it is time. Thank you guys so much!

We have been going here for 6+ years and will never change. Jer is honest and efficient. He NEVER has told us to replace something that wasn't necessary. If we ask about a specific concern, he is honest in whether or not it needs to be fixed. They have amazing labor rates as well. He has changed our oil on our vehicles for years and is very good at checking all the fluid levels and tires each time. We love Jer's!

Always a great experience with Jer's. They are crazy efficient, nice, and take the time to explain in detail without sounding like the typical shop who talks down to women. Their military discount is a plus and they are just a great shop to work with!
