lisa brady3 StarDisappointed. I don't feel like my time was respected, parts are overpriced, and they really need to double check the work. For instance, oil cap was left off on my 1st oil change. O2 sensor was left unplugged after catalytic converter was wired up (rattled) charged $120 for a door catch that is $50 tops online, told me my washer motor was completely shot but fixed it by 'repair plug.'
