Could not understand the greater kid. Talked fast and low. All you could understand is "cool cool cool ". Another customer openly told me the same thing. All of a sudden a bolt was missing on the air cleaner housing. I read it on receipt. Had to go into bay area and ask what bolt is missing. Twice before I could get a answer. Last 4 oil changes have been done here. First time this has shown up on a receipt. Not sure why.
