Second time I've been there and leaving very disappointed I noticed seven employees five standing around talking to working I need a tire rotation and balance there was a truck in the bay and one outside with no one in it, they inform me it would be an hour or more because the guy that was already in the lobby had not made up his mind what he wanted to do yet and then it would be another 45 minutes to take care of me seems too long for rotation and balance to me two bays completely empty
