Don’t bother! Waited a week for initial visit. Guy came and charged me $200 for consult and had no idea what was going on and just said I need to call and get the owner to come out. Owner came a week later and said the same thing the previous guy said. Promised me an estimate. No word for another week. Estimate was absurd because I had dug the trench already and made things as easy as possible for them. A week later received new estimate. Another two weeks went by before they finally found the time to call and make an appointment for the work. This is after several calls and emails on my end. I stressed it was vital to get the job done ASAP because there was no electric in my farmhouse which meant no electric fences for my animals , no irrigation, no light to feed anyone at night , no fan for the poor animals in the hot house. Joan of Electric couldn’t care less. I was as patient and accommodating as humanly possible. It felt like they were the clients ! When they finally called after a MONTH (after initial phone call) to make an appointment they said the earliest they could come was nearly 3 weeks later !!! I pleaded and explained my situation once again and they just politely told me they didn’t give a s$&@ and to have a nice day. A complete was of time , trust and my poor animals are the ones who are suffering. Look elsewhere if you don’t want to wait months for basic work by a sub-or company.

I have been using Joan of Arc electric for 18 years and I would not use anyone else. Their work is always done perfectly and the team is very skilled and highly professional! Mike the owner is a great person and is very trustworthy!

I havent used this service, but their driver almost caused 5 different accidents driving south on the Garden State Parkway today. Had I not slammed on my breaks, I'd be in the back of his truck right now, and then I watched him do the same thing to several others. If thats the kind of care he puts into his driving, I would HATE to see what he would do to my home or business.

Extremely happy with Joan of Arc. We had a bit of an emergency and Jennifer (office manager) was very helpful and was able to get someone to our house same day. Michael came by to take care of everything. Nothing but positive things to say. Will definitely use them in the future!

I own my own business and every time the guys of Joan Of Arc Electric come to fix a problem whether in my home or business, they are always on time, neat and respectful. They do not gouge you with their prices either. We have used them time and time again and will continue to. The are fantastic!!!
