sandra huff2 StarOverall the quality the bodywork was very good! I did like the Timely updates! That’s where it ends in my nightmare begins! Upon final inspection I found a scratching the paint they asked me to bring it back I did when I got the car back the second time the inside was filthy dirty on the driver side we’re obviously the technician had sat in the car without covering the seats! The car was backed into a spot and the viewing screen was shut off! I thought nothing of it at the time got home with the car went to back it into its parking and the back up camera would not function! The detail shop if you can call it that apparently pressure washed directly at the camera which sits above the door latch on the back hatch of my vehicle! When I brought the car in the back up camera was working fine so after contacting my insurance company I brought it back in they took the camera part when they put it back in it was worse than it had been and they told me it was due to the gasket around the door latch! It would be impossible and less I direct upstream a water last time I looked rain went down a pressurized water was obviously used! I have contacted their corporate headquarters by a letter and have yet to hear from them! My car went into this body shop to be repaired and put back in the shape it was before of the fender bender I had instead it certainly is not!Tuesday 14th September 2021
