Super friendly, professional and super reasonable on pricing. He’s really fast at getting the car done and getting it done right! Straight forward, honest, and he really cares about his customers happiness! I will definitely be returning when my car needs worked on. He answers all your questions that you have in a way you understand and he will even show you your old parts compared to the new parts. Ann Jackson5 StarI had taken my Hyundai to 2 dealerships, including a Hyundai service dealership. In total my car had been in service for over 4 weeks. Nothing had been done to fix my car. The Hyundai service department called and told me to come and pick my car up and take it somewhere else.
My son told me about Joe's Automotive. I called on a Monday. Explained what was going on. Joe even told me he usually doesn't work on Hyundai cars but he would take a look. Within 48 hours Joe not only took a look, he had a diagnosis, a solution and the car was fixed!

Bruce Kyle4 StarOwner seems nice enough, helped refer me to other places I could get work done, but the guy seems *very* picky about what he will and will not work on. Ended up taking it somewhere else just because I didn't want to deal with his nitpicking. I dunno - Maybe if you have a newer car, he'll be more accommodating...
