Depends on what service person comes out as to how well a job is done. Also, be sure you are absolutely clear on what service you want done. I had called and told them my mini-split wasn’t working right, which meant it needed cleaning (apparently it’s something that has to be done more often than once a year here in Florida). So I thought that meant they would clean everything. Nope. I didn’t ask for a “plan cleaning”, which means they treated it as a service call and simply itemized what they did. So when the unit started leaking four weeks later, I was charged for another service call for them to come out and clean my drain hose. Wish we had never bought the mini-splits from them in the first place. They have been a source of frustration after the first two years. A unit should not need to be cleaned (blowers) twice a year, which is what I average. And I DO keep my filters clean. I think it’s time for me to try someone else for servicing my units.

John Palmer Electric setup electric service for my deep well with an electrical outlet. They didn't even bother to to test the electric outlet that didn't work. I called them to come fix it and never heard back. Beware. Shop around.
