The team is very friendly and professional. I feel they are people you can trust. I was a bit surprised by the fees for oil change and tire rotation. We just moved from Tucson, AZ and we would usually pay about 1/3 the price for the same services. I would use them again but may want to be more mindful of the fees

Called these guys up for oil change & check up on my old F350. Got rite in. Quick service. Love the text of services need vs required. No pushy sales. Definitely will return. Clean shop too.

Went in to get something fixed to pass our emissions. We gave them the names of the issues that were causing a failed result. They spent an entire day doing diagnostic testing on it ($250). They came back with giving us a huge long list of things they said needed fixed, including our transmission. The total bill was going to be over $7,000 dollars. We took the car back, paid the diagnostic fee, and took our business elsewhere. There was no way we were going to pay what the car was almost worth just to pass our emissions. The next mechanic we went to laughed at what we experienced at John’s auto and fixed our issue (and a window motor) for $450. This mechanic has been in business way longer than Johns auto. He was flabbergasted that Johns auto would suggest our transmission was shot because it was completely fine. After this experience, I read through the entire diagnostic report for Johns auto, and they were adding on expenses like replacing the air filter and fluids, (things we had just done when we got our car serviced at a jiffy lube) in addition to the emissions issues and transmission. Completely unbelievable. We just wanted the issues looked at that our emissions testing site said was causing a failed result. By the way, our emissions passed after taking it to the other mechanic who is way more honest and trustworthy. Johns auto said our transmission was so bad it wasn’t safe to drive, yet here we are.

Don't walk, RUN to Johns Auto Care. I really wish that I had done it sooner. My Jeep Wrangler has had issues for MONTHS, and I have taken it to 4 other mechanics. With knowing this, Kevin who had helped me- was very motivated to help me get my problem solved. When it comes to the electrical issues on my vehicle, I have no clue on what I am doing. They made sure to let me know that they would do everything they could to figure it out. Which they did. I am so grateful to have come across this place and plan to go to them for any other issues- as I know that all of their mechanics have been doing this for 10+ years....and here is the kicker... THEY ACTUALLY LOVE WHAT THEY DO! And it shows. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Kevin and all that had helped me out in January of 2022. This was an issue that was putting myself in danger for months as it would completely shut down my vehicle on the interstate. They some how completed the job that 4 other mechanics couldn't handle.
