Jared Hopkins5 StarVery professional, clean, friendly, and fast. Large window that allows you to watch the mechanic. Free coffee and snacks. TV with nice comfy chairs to wait in. After the mechanic is done they send a text with a detailed report of what was found during the inspection, which includes pictures so you know the mechanic isn't making things up to gouge you. My oil change was only slightly longer than 30 minutes. Very very happy with my service. I will definitely use them again! They even left a flower on the dash.Monday 28th March 2022
Scott Fisher5 StarI was visiting from my home state and I needed my car checked due to an unusual noise. They managed to get me right in and did an inspection which was much cheaper than expected, $37 vs $130 at Nissan. They provided me a detailed inspection report online with a video of the issue as well as repairs needed. The suggested repairs were 1/2 the price of local Nissan dealer. The Nissan dealer would have only repaired one issue for $3,600 vs $2,400 total at Johnny's for two issues!
I did not get the repairs performed as I decided to pursue a new vehicle instead due to the age/mileage of the vehicle in question. But, I would have had Johnny's do the repairs if it made financial sense. I absolutely recommend this place and now my parents who live in Winter Haven will be using this place going forward for their vehicle rather than the dealership.
In short, great customer service, very fair pricing and great explanation of the issues. Highly recommend and would use again when visiting (hope to not have to for obvious reasons 😆).Saturday 19th February 2022

Ken Henry5 StarVery thorough check of the electrical system resolved flickering lights issue. My own suspicion of a faulty voltage regulator was inaccurate and your diagnostician found a loose ground strap to be the cause. Then for good measure checked out the voltage regulator just to be sure. Thorough, professional service and great customer service as well. The facility itself is clean and well maintained which says a great deal about the business itself.Thursday 6th January 2022

They will forever have my business, reliable, work done quickly, didn’t feel like I was getting scammed, work done right. For my last repair, done today, they told us about possible finance, so we wouldn’t have an accident, because it wasn’t looking good. After being approved, they lent us a car, and the fix took a little over 3hours, but I didn’t have to wait there with my 3kids. I’ve waited longer than that for an oil change elsewhere.
