Not quite sure what these other "people" are talking about. We have had nothing but great experiences. Always professional service and the utmost care of our homes and business. We have used them many, many times and so does my entire family. Wouldn't think twice about recommending them to all of you. Especially when you speak to the people who run the business. You'll feel like part of the family!

Unfortunately, I have used this company and HIGHLY do not recommend using them, especially for big projects. There were many mistakes made throughout the course of the project, one of which caused us to not have any service in many parts of our house for weeks on end, and just sloppy work in general where light fixtures weren't placed in a straight line and even upon their departure, items still weren't working. The biggest area of concern is that they won't stand by their work and the safety of their customers -- as long as an inspector signs off on it, they're done and just want to get paid - despite our showing them that their work put the product out of warranty and that it wouldn't be covered by insurance if, God forbid, something happened. They didn't care and actually inferred that we could be the ones who went back and changed their work to make it not to code -- despite our having limited knowledge of electrical work! I would definitely steer clear of this company and wouldn't trust them with my home again.

I am a long-time customer who continues to be very satisfied with JES's level of customer service and support. Recently had some major commercial work done and was very pleased with the whole process. It was obvious that the techs knew what they were doing and both were polite and professional throughout. I am regularly solicited by other electrical contractors, but continue to stay with JES because of the service. Would highly recommend this service provider without hesitation.
