Shahreen H3 StarDecent service, completed the oil change in less than an hour on a Tuesday morning. However, there's one major issue I have. They said they did a "general check" for my vehicle and pointed out that my air cabin filter needed replacement, and I agreed to let them replace it. But they didn't mention that my car battery also needed a replacement. 3 days after my visit, my car battery died, and I don't know why they didn't check for that. If I had known, I would have asked them to replace it when I visited. Huge oversight on their part, as they didn't check for such a major issue.Monday 14th March 2022

Very poor customer service when I expressed concerns. No ownership or calloborative approach.
