Man I couldn’t be more grateful for these guys. They came out and made a very swift diagnosis of the issues with my truck, I had it towed over to the shop and literally by the next day my truck was ready. One of the best things is that there was constant communication and a willingness to help me understand what was going on, along with a willingness to continue to help me if things went wrong. I would say the best thing is that there never felt like there was an agenda to get as much money as possible out of me, but instead they were willing to help me as much as possible. Overall great experience from both the mobile mechanic side and the repair work!

They were very prompt in responding to texts. They also were able to provide me with a time frame for when they were going to come repair my vehicle, which was extremely helpful. My mechanic was vey friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The price for service and parts was very reasonable, and I will definitely be using their services again.

This is exactly the customer service you want in auto repair. Our son, who attends MMI in Marion, was experiencing significant problems with his vehicle. K&M in the span of 72 hrs, drove to Marion, diagnosed the problem, transported the vehicle to their shop, completely fixed the initial problem & a problem caused by a previous repair shop. They provided timely updates, potential courses of action to fix the issues, and estimated time of when the vehicle repairs would be completed. Pricing was extremely fair, provided a military discount to our son as well. Plus... this was all coordinated via text/email/phone calls from over 700 miles away. If you live in the Tuscaloosa area in need of honest automotive repairs, call K&M first!!!
