Hands down the best place I've ever encountered. The owner, Bill, explained everything in detail in a language that I could understand. He was also able to properly diagnose my ford fusion's problem that two other garages had already mis-diagnosed. The repair was not only fast, but he actually dropped me off and picked me up in order to ease my stress. The cost was well below what was expected so I tipped him and his staff both. If you are anywhere near butler this is the place to go for service. Forget all of the gimmicks from other repair places. This man is honest, experienced and knowledgable.
