Tom Morgan5 StarI just turned 100K miles on my 2013 Ford. Never once did I take it to the dealer. All of my service has been done by KC Automotive, the best in NOVA. The service managers, both named John, will discuss all details, including up front pricing and not leave you hanging when your vehicle needs maintenance or repairs. The work done by their mechanics is top notch and you can even do a late night drop off if you need your car first thing in the morning.

Kristen Escobar1 StarTook my car in for an inspection, new tires, and an oil change. After a call back I was told we needed a laundry list of fixes to pass inspection. After talking with some mechanic friends about parts and labor prices being quoted we were advised to take our vehicle elsewhere. When we picked it up, it looked as though our windshield was shot with a BB, which was then covered up by a failed inspection sticker. So now we need to have that taken care of as well. Glad we took it to another shop. The next day, at a AAA certified shop, we had a completely different experience, saving us $3000.Saturday 9th October 2021
