I can’t believe I hadn’t already left these guys a review! Keener Auto is great, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area. He’s friendly, honest, and works quickly and efficiently. As a 27 year old woman I normally hate having to bring my car into any shop or dealership because they know I don’t know anything about cars, and I’ve definitely been nickeled and dimed plenty of times. Steve takes time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle, how important or urgent repairs are, and he isn’t trying to overcharge for anything. He clearly cares about his customers and gives great advice and service. Me and my roommates love Keener Auto Repair!!

I’ve been taking my Chevy Avalanche to Steve for several years now years, he is great honest mechanic who is genuinely not trying to take advantage! He’s kept my higher mileage truck running and towing, & I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Easily one of the best mechanic shops around - Steve has always been super honest and straightforward with me and any of the work he’s done on my vehicles. I’ve brought engine problems to him and he’s diagnosed them efficiently and correctly - but also always have me straight options on what I needed done NOW and what I could keep an eye on/wait a little bit. This is the type of shop that you can feel confident about the work being done on your vehicle (just know that they do charge a fair wage for their work so don’t think it’s going to be dirt cheap - they do great work at decent rates, and you can trust them.) I have three vehicles in the family and all of them over a decade old with closer to 200k miles each - I want them to keep running as long as possible so I’m going to keep bringing them here for repairs.

high anxiety when my sons vehicle broke down. searched area repair shops. found keener based on reviews and had vehicle towed to them. they exceeded expectations. no nonsense, fair price, fixed that day. I would recommend and return if needed.
