Kellem's Auto is very customer oriented! There is a very welcoming and professional atmosphere when you come to the shop. They was very detailed and thorough in testing, and trouble shooting the problem. They freely answered my inquisitive questions. I got to see parts used in repair, as that's very interesting to me mechanically. They expressed desired to get my vehicle running great and safely for me as quickly as possible. I was informed of future needed repairs to consider. They went above and beyond, even at absorbing extra expense. They retested and re-did a newly replaced, but defective part, to make sure it was done correctly! Thanks for personal service. Ed K
