I was recommended by my former shop in Agawam, Massachusetts. Fantastic experience! Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The business and waiting areas are super clean and comfortable. I was in and out in a short time. It can be challenging to find an honest shop, look no further as this is the one. Will definitely be my shop for years to come.

They did a great job fixing some electrical problems with my vehicle. I’m always wary of mechanics shops generally. I’m always afraid I’m going to get overcharged or takin advantage of. But I don’t feel that way at Kelly Automotive. These guys are honest and great!

At Kelly Auto they are honest, reliable, professional, and service-oriented, and their charges are very reasonable. If they have a downside it is only that many people have come to recognize them as a great place to have cars serviced, and their shop is consequently very busy! If I call ahead and set an appointment, though, they plan ahead and always get the work done for me in a reasonable amount of time. I have depended on Kelly Auto for quality care for my van and car for over a decade, and unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto repair shop.
