The service at Kelly's is excellent. Owen and Kelly got my car in and out in a more timely fashion than I expected, and the price was extremely affordable, which was a big deal for me. I definitely reccomend them, and will go to them for any future needs!

Kelly works on my car. He has always honored his estimates. I park the car right in front when I drop it off, and use the key drop. Dina's review below is from someone who doesn't live in Viroqua, yet she is listed as a local guide. She seems to review every place she goes, she must have had some car trouble and pulled up to Kelly's and couldn't figure out the parking. Regarding a person waiting 3 weeks for a call back, I'm not sure what's the story there, but some places are more interested in emergency repairs than others, and that's just the way things are. A small shop can't offer 24/7 coverage like some other places could. I book my oil changes and repairs with Kelly and have always been satisfied with the dates offered. If local is meaningful, here's a shop with a local guy doing good work. I could go anywhere with my repairs, and I choose Kelly.

I've been having Kelly work on our vehicles since he moved to the area about 3 years ago. He does honest quality work at a great price, and with his beautiful new shop right downtown it's even more convenient to get your vehicle to him.
