I talked to the owner he was extremely nice and I'm so glad that they fixed my transmission. The only reason why I gave 3 stars instead of five is there's a lack of communication about the status of my car. Also the guy at the front is very rude. It's amazing how people become nice when they're supervisors are sitting behind them but are rude any other time. Overall good experience.

Carl and his team are absolutely outstanding. Carl Johnson knows what he is talking about and goes above and beyond when it comes to helping out with options, tips and being straight forward with you. Went in too get some testing done and an oil change on my car. They stated they couldnt fix the engine light problem and that I should bring it too another location. Understandable I did seeing they are a transmission shop. New place goes in to check my oil and there was nothing in the engine. I had gotten my oil changed at 148,876 miles on my car at kennedy. when I brought it to the new mechanic it only had been 900 miles. So Understandable i called back kennedy and had stated that maybe by mistake someone had forgotten to put oil in my car or something telling them I understand we are human and it happens. they then proceed to raise their voice at me stating that I was questioning their mechanics entirety. stated no they just simple might have made a mistake things happen. they then proceeded to continually get upset with me over me questioning what was going on. The new mechanic stated that there was no way with 2.5 quarts of oil out of my car oil change service light wasnt reset and how dirty the oil was was that the oil couldnt have been changed within 1000 miles. I Strongly encourage anyone thinking about going here to be slightly skeptical of what is going on. I have had a very good experience with Witt Bros in Northfield Automotive service Co in Burnsville and Christian Brothers auto in Lakeville. Please take time to do research before going right to a mechanic like I did.
