Melanie S5 StarGot an appointment within a week and had Jimmy come out to troubleshoot my system today. He was super professional but not so much that he wasn't relatable. He thoroughly explained what the issue was and made sure it was working properly before leaving, returned everything/cleaned up after himself - customer service was on point. He even recommended a better system but didn't push it making me feel compelled to buy it. Great experience overall!Wednesday 16th March 2022
