Super friendly, very professional. I am from out of state. My alternator died. I was able to coast in to their shop and they had me running again, with new alternator, in a matter of hours. Way to get it done! Thank you so much!!

RipOff Artist is what they are ripping off old ladies ...cost me a third of what they change! By a qualified AAA mechanic. The only part of his diagnosis on my truck he got right was the tuneup even I knew it needed a tuneup I didn’t go there because of the tuneup I went for another problem that he had no clue about .....I TRIED TO GIVE HALF A STAR

My driver is on the way back to Georgia thanks to the caring, honest and efficient crew at Kent Sussex. He experienced grinding of the brakes the night before so we shut the van down and got a room for the night. He went to a dealership and multiple repair shops who didn't look busy but said that they didn't have the time to do the job. Kent welcomed him in, were super friendly and accessed the brakes before doing any work. They gave me a quote and replaced 2 rotors and the pads for under $400. In and out in a couple hours. Thank you for doing your job and getting him repaired and headed home.
