Hollie Mora5 StarI have to say the service the honesty and price was above and beyond . Took my van into brake masters for an oil change. They ended up telling me I needed new struts which they quoted me 1,300 I didn’t go through with it but I seen a leak and took it back in and they told me to take it here. I was hesitant because well mechanic shops always try to milk you for more money. It ended up being a hose that needed replaced he was honest fast and a good price. Definitely good people and I’ll be going back if needed!Wednesday 5th January 2022
Rick Dickerson22 StarCustomer service was perfect but when it came time to Guarantee their work You know the warranty I kept pointing out all the wrong parts they put on it wrong shift linkage no kick down Spring I even had to asked the guy ATF 4 as in are you gonna even tell me what type of fluid this transmission takes i already knew I installed the transmission myself I just contracted them to rebuild it I figured for over $2000 I would get a case of transmission fluid added and some core charges back the transmission still doesn't drop a gear when floored same old problem. Gus Artiles5 StarI’d give Kermit transmission a 10 star rating if possible..we were passing through town when my brother in laws truck broke down again after having it fixed by Crown Ford in Redding,CA.
Not only did Kermit Transmission diagnose the problem better than the Dealership, they got it fixed and us back on the road the very next day.
Crown Ford kept us hanging for 5 days in a hotel to end up with the wrong diagnosis.. I would strongly recommend KEEMIT TRANSMISSION to everyone that needs a great mechanic and staff working on their automobile. Thank you again Kermit for the great job you guys did and helping us get to Pennsylvania.. you guys are awesome!!Friday 3rd September 2021
