About Us

Although Kildare Repair opened in 2020, the roots were already being planted by owner, Mike Kildare many years prior. During high school, Mike had a passion for cars and an opportunity to work on them. In time, he was employed at multiple dealerships as a Mechanic specializing in foreign and domestic brands such as Toyota, Chevrolet and Ford. He gained years of automotive knowledge and experience while working with up to date and accurate equipment, and utilized these experiences and his growing passion to open his own repair shop. Mike married his wife Kayla in 2020, and resides in Columbus Nebraska.

“One of the main reasons I chose to open my own shop was to provide transparency and knowledge. To give my customers a complete and clear path throughout the entire process. I have worked in many shops where the customer knew the main problem of their vehicle and the expense, but were very uninformed about the process. I value my customers, and strive to answer all the questions or concerns they have when it comes to their vehicle. I want my customers to be knowledgeable, and to know that they are free to ask any questions they have concerning their vehicle, and leave feeling confident in my repair services.” -Mike Kildare
