I have purchased four sets of tires for three of my vehicles at Kirkwood Auto and find their pricing very competitive. The team there is very professional throughout the entire process from the initial quote to installation. My visit this trip was for a tire repair for which they took care of right away. Once repaired I was provided a detailed description of their findings and repair on each of the two tires I was having an issue with. Neither issue was related to a manufacturer defect or installation. I would highly recommend Kirkwood to anyone needing tires.

The best. Been going for over a decade with four cars at a time. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. You get a courtesy inspection and quality work. No up selling. Staff is great and they remember you. It’s located on Kirkwood Highway next to the car wash and across from Dunkin’.

I started taking my car to Kirkwood auto about 20 years ago. And as being a woman I never had to worry about whether the work was done or not. I knew it was and it gave me peace not to worry about breaking down on the road somewhere. I trusted and knew that the work was done. That is a big thing. When I buy a new car I take it to the dealer for the first year. I am always disappointed. When I was in real estate I made a list of mershants that I could trust. I gave this list to new people who moved here from out of town. First name on the list was for car repairs, and parts like tires,batteries etc.

My daughter is in college out of state at the University Of Delaware with her Volkswagen beetle that would not start. We’ve had the car serviced at the Volkswagen dealership recently ( within 35 days of this happening) and Tripple A has come out to start the battery at a few times. They replaced it within the last 3 months at no charge when the car wouldn’t start. It was towed to Kirkwood Auto Service. They performed a diagnostic, gave me a call and told us that basically it needed the battery to be strapped down and that the battery itself was in great condition. They also let us know that a light was out which we had replaced. They were professional, courteous, informative and truly evaluated what was wrong and why the situation was occurring. Now we feel confident that our daughter will have a car that starts and we’re not concerned about it not starting or her bring out at night and getting stuck somewhere. Extremely pleased with Kirkwood Auto Service.

A senior citizen friend of mine was a victim of the Mermaid Run fire. On a separate note, his car was leaking oil. Kirkwood Auto not only made the necessary repairs but, upon learning of his misfortune, did so for FREE. How great is that?! Many thanks, you guys rock!!
