DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! My car broke down near their shop and I did not check their reviews. They absolutely tried to take massive advantage of me! When I asked why they thought I needed to get a relatively new part exchanged, the owner got really mad at me. I told him that the part was replaced less than 4 months ago. That’s when he lost it. He kicked me out for ASKING questions! I wanted to call the police but I chose to just leave. I called my mechanic and he said to just tow it over. I paid for the tow but saved $600!!! Anyway you’ve been warned. If you decide to take your car here, read the terrible reviews. They are straight up thieves. It’s up to you at this point. My goal is to make sure nobody gets ripped off by them.

Beware of Alex!!! This is my first 1-star review on Google, but Alex has earned it. I was replacing the radiator on my Maserati and this required the A/C system to be emptied and then refilled. Alex quoted me $90 to do this, which was in-line with other quotes I had received. I brought the car in and the system was emptied fine, the problems started when I brought it back the next day for the evacuation/refill. BAIT AND SWITCH!! Suddenly Alex wanted another $160 to complete the job (which was simply evacuate/refill as previously agreed). He tried to make various excuses as to the sudden tripling of price, which would have worked on most people but unfortunately for Alex I understand how A/C systems work. Basically he started lying to me to milk more of my money and that was very disappointing. I immediately canceled the remainder of the service and got out of there. TL;DR: beware of Alex at Kiros, he will try to rip you off especially if he thinks you have more money than car knowledge. Go elsewhere!

Horrible experience if you're a female! Do not come here. I took my car in here because I was next door getting gas about 2 months ago. I had no idea what was wrong with it. The "mechanic" said it was my starter after they so-called diagnosed it. I had a weird feeling and I always go with my gut. Then I drove it the way it was to my normal repair shop guy and he said the starter was perfectly fine (he diagnosed it also) and told me the battery was low. I replaced the battery and the starter had NOTHING to do with it! I am writing in and I will also report this unethical business to the City of Long Beach for scamming people out of their hard earned money. I wanted to go back and SCREAM at them for their malicious activities against people but I will rather have them closed down than have a petty fight. All in all, I highly HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!
