Klimes Auto was recommended by family. I contacted them and they were able to get my vehicle in quickly. When I went back to pick it up, they reviewed the services they provided and showed me exactly what was done. I was pleased to see that they also cleaned the engine, and it looked great! They noted items that might need service in the future. Then I had another service repair need with tail light assemblies. They had me bring my vehicle in, worked late in an evening and had it ready to go the next morning. Once again explaining what they had serviced. Klimes Auto is a family owned business. They demonstrate they can provide superior customer service and repairs as well as the dealerships can. Customer relationships are important to them. They are definitely worth contacting. I plan on using their services in the future.

Wife and husband business. Honest folks, great prices. Had work done on my 06 Nissan Altima. Correctly diagnosed my misfire problems and got me back on the road quickly. Would recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable car repair service.

Let me start off by saying this family goes above and beyond to help their customers! My car had broke down on I5 on my way to Portland and when I called after 10pm someone actually answered the phone! I was planning on leaving a message but the owner was still working and told me I could have it towed to her shop and they would be able to look at it the next day. Unfortunately, the result was that my car needed some serious work to get it back up and running. I am not from the area so I rented a trailer to tow it back home. When I went to pick up my car the owner and his daughter helped my mom and I get it onto the trailer to tow it back home. There is no way and I mean no way we could have done it without them.. It was some serious monkey business but we got it onto the trailer. They were all so helpful and even text me to make sure we made it home okay. This place is what customer service should be and genuinely cares about the people that use their services. The only issue I have is that they are so far away that I can't use them again! Thank you guys for everything!

Simply the best! I've never experienced such great customer service combined with skill in auto repair at such a fantastic price. Radka and Vlastik really went above and beyond in how they took care of us when we were in a tough spot. While we live hours from Battle Ground, I'd certainly consider coming back to get work done because I don't know of anyone else who would take such good care of us. Thank you!

Very professional. Honest service. I thought I needed a wheel alignment to stop my car from pulling to the right. Turns out, my tire pressure was just low. So there was not need to do an alignment for this issue. Prices very reasonable. I highly recommend and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you very much for taking care of our car.
