My son's 2014 Hyundai Tucson broke down. This place charged me $400 to replace the starter which had nothing to do with the engine issue. Then they wanted to replace the timing belt. At this point it was cheaper for me to drive out and tow the car to Tucson to have the issue PROPERLY diagnosed. The entire engine needs to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with the timing belt. Good news: it's covered under warranty. Nice people, but they propose expensive repairs that only address symptoms but not root causes

My CV joint broke mid cross country road trip and KND wasted no time getting my car up on their lift to help me fix my problem. This business is full of great people who worked tirelessly to get me back on the road in a timely manner. Although I will probably not have the pleasure of working with this mechanic again I would highly recommend them to anyone with car issues that live near or are passing through Liberal, KS.

Trustworthy and friendly mechanic. I was having engine problems while towing my fifth wheel across the country. It was just before closing time and the friendly mechanic agreed to look at my truck. He quickly diagnosed it and helped me to get back on the road.

I can easily say that I had one of the best/trustworthy service here in 15 years. Let me summarize what I mean: 1) I got stuck on my way to California due to an engine issue. 2) It was around 4:30 pm on a Saturday. While almost all other shops were closed, they gladly helped and got me back on the road in around 2 hours. 3) The rate was very reasonable particularly for a Saturday evening fix. Any other place would definitely charge quite more than that. (any other place would possibly ask me to leave the car for 1-2 days) 3) They allowed me to interact with the during the fix as I have experience in fixing cars as well. 4) Bonus: Great conversation and super friendly people. The biggest con artist on the planet. Never ever go here. Stranded in town they spent days throwing parts and my money at the vehicle. Never diagnosed the problem. Had vehicle towed to another shop fixed in five minutes.Spent a thousand dollars with this con artist. The worst of the worst.
